Returns & Exchanges

A.P.C. offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as final sale products and intimate apparel, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
